Make you hungry and desperate fro something decent to eat!!!

Seriously though, it is a meal replacement system. It contains all the minerals, vitamins and essential elements you need to survive but puts them in a low calorie "shake" (or soup, or bar...). All it does is reduce the calories you take in over the day. Personally Id rather eat a sensible low cal diet of real food!

its a meal supplement, and now they make ones to make you feel full longer.
It really worked for me- i excercized in the morning and ate breakfast then id drink one at 11a and one at 3 p and i ate no carb dinner and drank 2 liters of water a day- 30 lbs in 1 month- REALLY
