We live 50 minutes inland from Benalmadena, and the Yahoo weather has kept saying showers and light rain for a couple of weeks (barring 2 or 3 days) and it hasn't always done what it's forecast!

The weather is usually a little better on the coast, but in OctoberNovember it can be a little mixed. You don't say how long you've booked for or when you're coming, but if you're lucky you can get a beautiful week, and a lovely tan. Or then again, you could be unlucky and get a wet week. Either way, it's not likely to be cold, but I would pack a mixture of clothes to cater for the weather changes.

There a some great places to see around Benalmadena, and if you want any tips, you can e-mail me and I'll go into more detail.

Sorry I can't guarantee you a hot sunny break, (I guess you'd rather me be honest about it!) but I'll certainly keep my fingers crossed for you! (I'm hoping for the better weather too!)

sorryto spoil things for you ,the temperature has been well up in the eigties for weeks now ,but just looking at the weather forecast,i would prepare youself for a bit of rain for the next few days, but it should still be warmer than scotland.

Sure will. Sun will be hot when it is out (and it usually is) but the evenings will be a bit nippy
