The Anti-Christ (an it is sexist to think of just a *man*) will be darn hard to spot, since there will be many false ones before the big one...

However, look for the false prophet (think JC, but opposite, so, the false one will need to have a "John the Baptist"

Hope that didn't help any...

He would be a wolf in Sheep clothing, he will shine and seem so pure to others.

But then he will reveal himself and then you will know. Ask your father to give you the strength and wisdom if you were in that situation you would know.

Here's some clues: 1. He would denie the Father and the son.And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world. (1 John 4:3
2. He will do this great miracle
3. He will claim he is God.Satan's plan is to be worshiped as God and Savior

these are the few things be wise and vigilant.

The Anti-Christ according to Islam:

* He will be physically misshapen, and will be blind in his left eye. His right eye will be present but it will be dark (black). In a number of hadith he is referred to as one-eyed. He will ride a white donkey whose each step will span a mile and can cross seas, fly over land, and crawl under Earth.
* He will deceive the faithful, teaching them that Heaven is Hell and vice versa.[2]
* The arabic letters "Kaa" "Faa" "Raa" (kafir, meaning "disbelieve") will appear on his forehead and will be read by all true Muslims regardless of them being literate or not. [3]
* He will be able to see and hear many things in many places.
* He will have the power to work miracles in order to mislead believers.
* He will try to put man on God's throne.
* He will have what appears to be water and fire with him and call them Paradise and Hell: what will seem to be fire will be cold water (or Paradise) and what will seem to be water will be fire (or Hell).
* He will claim to be God and will deceive people into thinking that he has risen the dead. One particular person he will kill and then say he will now resurrect him, whereupon Allah will resurrect him. He will not have this power again.
* Those who reject and refuse to believe in him will suffer drought and famine whereas those who accept him will be living a life of plenty.
* Some traditions of Islam relate that he will appear at Isfahan, and that he will rally the Isfahan Jews and many former Muslims and Christians to his support.
* He won't be able to enter Mecca or Medina
* He will be killed by Isa [Jesus] near the gate of Ludd'(a) which is today's Israel.

According to the stories this "Antichrist" will "come in the name of the lord speaking wonderful things, with the power to give life".

I could be wrong but there is, to my knowledge, no one that fits that description, now or then, other than what could clearly be interpreted as the war between the doctrines of Christ Jesus vs Prophet Muhammad.

baron van c,
He will be a person born from the ancient Seluciud portion of Alexander the Great's old empire. So look to Asia, the Middle East, and the Near East for that person. He will not come until the spirit is released after the church is taken out of the way. He will come as a man of peace, at first. The world will love him. There will be peace in Israel and it's neighbors, having a 7 year peace plan that he will betray half way through.

So he will be a possessed man, who seems to have all the good things in mind for the world. And they will love him for it. You will not see peace in the Middle East until that time.

yes you are certainly right he will come on the scene after the rapture (and he is not Satan but he is possessed or driven by Satan) and bring peace to the world and will try to calm the people down from the reaction from the rapture for 3 1/2 years but then the next 3 1/2 years he will turn on them and kill all of those who believe in God during this time and he will make people wear the number 666 to show they follow him. They cannot purcahse anything or sell anything w/o this number or chip whatever it will be anyway then after theses 3 1/2 years are over God will finally come back with his army and they will try to deafeat him but come on he's God and he will speak the words "I AM" and just by that the armies of satan and himself and Satan will be deafeated and God will rein for a 1000 years and then you can read the rest in Revelation..
