If that's the bulk of your diet, that will happen. Smoking & drinking aren't in and of themselves to blame, it would be a lack of nutrients.
Another, less savory, option would be that you're getting older, and that's just what happens!
You might want to try some natural supplements, like fish oil or blue-green algae, to help stem the hair loss.

Reasons for hair loss are more commonly from hormones, diet, certain cancer treatments, super high fevers, and sticking your head in the oven.
Smoking causes your hair to stink. Especially if you have long hair. Drinking causes poor judgement and sometimes loss of job, wife, car, etc.

It al depends on if you catch your hair on fire while smoking or get your hair pulled out while drinking other than that i believe you can't lose hair from doing either. :}
