I mean it was a hard, fast, heart pounding, sweaty, hair pulling, teeth gritting, heavy hitting, pole thrusting pounding that lasted for hours. i helped him put that nail in that wood really good. he even let me borrow his hammer for my carpenter classes next week.

repeated hammering can be a cause for carpal tunnel and any number of stress disorders for the arm as the energy of the downstroke is transfered to the user. you should try to invest in the new types of hammers which dissapate the energy to avoid long term injury.
alternatively, you could just have sex.
