Are older women really into younger men or is it just a myth? If so what is the best way to attract or meet older women?
By younger i mean men in thier early to mid 20's and women over 35.

As with all things, it depends on both the woman and the guy.
Also depends on what exactly you're seeking. A quick romp?
Or a relationship? If you're a guy of value, you should attract all types, wherever you go.

I think it's a myth, mostly. Maybe the women are looking for younger men to feel younger longer. It is ok for men to age, but not the same for women. Men are considered distinguished and women just older, not fair, but the way it is. Men have always been with younger women, we are just turning the tables on them.

I am 37 and my man is 23. We have been together for 2 years and are still very happy and in love. He is what some call an old soul and we get along great!!! It does and can work if you help/make it! And fo course with my experience and his stamina the sex is out of this world :)
