I took the outer cover off and it cleaned up, but the inside foam smells

You can always replace the foam. It's not that expensive and it will help keep your cat for doing it again.

If it was an unneutred male cat...throw your love sac away, its ruined. If not, go to a vet clinic and ask for something that removes cat urine smells. Or try www.ehow.com to learn how to do tons of stuff. However, I think you will always smell a hint of cat pee.

how big is it? my bed is tainted also but the smell is gone. i took some lysol & fabreeze and sprayed it. the smell went away after a couple of days (or i got used to it). it'll cost hundreds to get a nice new bed so i turn the bed. u can buy those padded sheets with/plastic ( i guess for people who leak) and use that.
