Good Luck!!!! You could start by saving the $ yourself to help with the cost. Show your parents that your very serious about this guitar. Tell them since it does cost so much that it is the only thing that you want. Like I said earlier Good Luck!!!!!!!

Wow, thats a mini mortgage. I dont know if i would ever shell out $5000.00 out for just a guitar. A car yes, but not a guitar. you know what i would say to my son/daughter. Get a job..

be extra nice and ask them for it..be like christx is once a year and it would help u get into skol activities and stuff.and u wont ever ask for anything again.and stuff liekt that.or just get a job

Unless your parents are wealthy, I'd forget about it. If they ARE wealthy, ask them. They'd probably say no, but I bet they'd surprise ya.

play on their insecurities and love like any teenager with half a brain. use phrases like, "if you really loved me...", "you're killing my only dream.", and "i hate you." yeah, parents these days are freakin' weak. i have no respect for my generation's procreators.
