I don't really know what you're asking, but a better English version would be:
Please, will anyone here write with me? I'm not English but I would like to...do you mean that you would like to write in English, or perhaps that you are doing an English report for a subject you're taking at school.
I also think you mean your 'main'objective is to improve.

You might want to consider spending some time in an English speaking country-it's the best way to learn a language!

What language do you speak? You should find someone fluent in both in order to correctly take your ideas and put them into English
