How can I build a 400 square foot mobile park home?

I would like to build a 400 square foot park home trailer that has a hitch. I only need 1 bedroom with a bathroom, kitchen and living room. I would also like to be able to build it with a loft.

Would be much cheaper to buy one. An old park model trailer frame with no heavy rust is place to start if you are determined.

get a boat trailer and convert it and build it on it!!
