What ever happend to the "virtuous woman"?

Question

You know, the kind of woman who was beautiful, yet she wasn't checking herself in the mirror out of vanity?

Or the one who did not have a license plate the claimed she was a 'PRINCESS'...or 'DIVA', or the nasty receptionist in the movie 'Devil wears Prada'

Or woman with some sense of substance, not just style? Or some sense of conviction, not convienience? How about a woman who wanted a partner, and not wanting to be controlled or controlling others?

Where have you all gone? It's not the needle in the haystack now to find a good woman. It's a single atom with a needle within the haystack.

Anyone ever read "The Odyssey"?

I often wonder myself, I think I recently found one, but I'm not sure yet, time will tell. But it took me quite a while to find her.

You should be asking why there are too many girly-girls.

Trust me, it's hard to find a guy who would prefer me to my friend. She whined three minutes into our hike and didn't let up until we left. My hikes run for hours on end. I like fishing and can talk guns with the best. (and shoot 'em, too).

So you tell me why I am not attractive. I take care of myself, but I don't bother with makeup and over-styling. I brush and go.

And, at the moment, I am reading "The Divine Comedy."
