100% not less then 16 years old with parents approval. or min. 18.
Is so many question which they never should read.
But yahoo has totally no control on it just give you violation for the best answer, because some Indian or Pakistanis kid has no idea what is talking about and 'spam' you.
I see a lot of excellent questions from UK, or England - why the middle east people don't have own side in own language like Chinese. I don't know how to change this for better and if somebody from yahoo can do.

I totally agree and I am 13. I don't always sound like it, nor do I always act immature. Thing is, parents see the ad on TV and think answers is ok, not even realizing that there is a section for this kind of stuff. No matter how much you do, kids will still find a way to hack in. There is no age mininum currently. Yahoo should have a question test for all users to see if they really are mature and old enough for this type of stuff. I may not be 18, but I can sure think like one. Not everybody should be on here. There are kids asking homework questions on here expecting us to answer!! No darn way!! They should see the 'homework help' and all that there is on the internet. Not here. Their teacher could be on here, for all they know. Punks.

I agree. But societies standards have fallen drastically so what can we do. Parents are too busy paying the bills to take the necessary steps to protect their children from what other adults put out there. What the rest of us need to do is help where we can. Let them know they are children and there are certain things that are all wrong for them at their age. If the parents are too busy who's going to do it? Dont get me wrong, some parents try but are they trying hard enough? We have to help where we can because if we dont there will only be a group of teens and pre-teens passing around bad information to each other.

I'm afraid that this may be the only place they can ask some of these types of questions....I am sure there are some questions they shouldn't even BE asking...but there is nothing we can do about that...they are there...doing/thinking/saying it....regardless of whether we answer them or not...so I think better that we are here to offer a non-parent, non-authority figure, yet hopefully well-adjusted logical solution to keep them from doing the wrong thing. If they can't get it from their parents or older siblings...they will just DO it, we can at least, perhaps, tell them what the outcome might be or why not to, or how to, etc...

maximum men look greater desirable sparkling shaven. yet then you definately get men like Dominic Monaghan, who rather seems greater desirable with a sprint scruff. the subject is, scruff is a small little bit of hair, no longer the total blown beards hipsters are donning recently. That in basic terms appears like Duck Dynasty - nasty.

Yahoo is just on aspect of the internet. If they were blocked from going into the adult section they can always gooooogle their way to an answer from somewhere else...

I think kids should be allowed on here, but there should be Adults Only sections so we can avoid the 13 year olds if we want to.

They should have a different area for younger questioners, and more for their safety, too many creeps online trying to pick up kids.

i think that would be discrimination against age. which is unconstituational. Obviously the parents arent doing their job in protecting their children. I wouldnt worry to much about it. If you dont like it dont read it.
