Self-Care at Home for Laryngitis

If these symptoms have been present for only a few days or occur immediately following an episode of using your voice more than normal, then the main treatment is to rest your voice as much as possible.

If you have symptoms that suggest a virus is present, such as low-grade fever, cough, nasal congestion, runny nose, muscle aches, or feeling run down, then you should be sure to drink lots of fluids and take acetaminophen (Tylenol) or ibuprofen (Advil or Motrin) for your symptoms as well.
Many people find inhaling steam, such as from a hot bath or shower, or a cool mist humidifier makes them feel better.
In all cases you should avoid smoking and areas where others are smoking.

It is spelled Laryngitis and you really need some antibiotics but if you have to nurse yourself at home prior to going to the doctor, you need to drink plenty of fluids, take hot shower for vapors, use a cool mist humidifier and take Tylenol or Ibuprofen for discomfort. You will need to see a doctor.

k From revel in I rather would not. I bought in to a individual institution on semi-scholarship as soon as. Private schoolkids can also be rather plenty worse than public. wait until u get there and spot when you see her in any other case she would prove nasty and inform every1 that you're a stalker whilst you begin.

You couldn't help yourself by using stuff around the house. You would have to ask the doctor for antibiotics. hope you feel better!

Drinking warm water with lemon and honey in it may sooth your throat. Also gargling with warm salt water may help. But if it persists I would get yourself to the doctor.
