I think a dog needs to suit it's name.........I look for the special things I see in the dog for a couple of weeks and write them down. Then search these words you have chosen in a thesaurus, or even translated to another language. You will always have to explain where the name came from and they will think wow........i wish I could think of names like that!........little trick that makes u look quite smart eh........Good luck

I named my little Black silver mini Schnauzer Mia,but you can find many cute names on this site.Go to home page,look in left hand corner,click on pet names,and there are names there for males and females.This is where I found my name for Mia. http://www.nextdaypets.com
