Semen contains protein (a very little bit) and not much else. It is highly unlikely that it will make anything white (other than your sheets).

Does your friend that told you this have really white teeth? and is she healthy? LOL NO it is not true...did her boyfriend tell her this? A guy once told me when they get hard it hurts so bad and if they don't do something about it it could fall off or they could become sterile. hahaha

neither is true - it's mostly just fluid with some enzymes that won't benefit you one way or the other. I'm a guy so I probably shouldn't be telling you this - it's breaking a man law.

you need to swish it around your teeth for at least 10 minutes before swallowing. be sure to kiss your boyfriend lots during this period so you can make his teeth whiter too
