Any slowcooker books, if you like using a crock pot. Rachel Ray's book is awesome. You can also visit sites like kraftfoods.com and campbellskitchen.com to find recipies. They even have a place to save them on their site or just print them out.

Betty Crocker Cookbook, Better Homes and Garden Cookbook, The Joys of Cooking, The Good Housekeeping Illustrated Cookbook, The Pillsbury Cookbook and The Doubleday Cookbooks Vol 1 and 2. Several Rachel Ray and a Rival Crockpot Cookbook. I could go on but I have ALOT of cookbooks.The ones listed above are the best ones.

I agree with LIPPS. Get the Lady and Sons cookbooks. I use the most out of all my cookbooks. I also use my Better Homes and Gardens Cookbook. Also likes LIPPS, I have 3 from Rachel Ray, but I dont use them that often, never been very happy with the food! I also buy a lot of those smaller paperback cookbooks you see in the checkout line. They have a lot of really great ideas.

Joy of Cooking, several of the New York Times Cookbooks, and some regional cuisine cookbooks (Cajun, Thai, Chinese, French, and Italian.)

The best two cookbooks I own are

The Silver Spoon
and
Sauces - James Peterson or Patterson (i think)

Though the Joy of Cooking and the Professial Chef (CIA Textbook) are great books for basic recipes that you can build on and make your own.

30 MINUTE MEALS BY RACHAEL RAY (THOUGH I'M NOT REAL FOND OF IT)
