Of course you can go to the doctor for help. Even if you are unemployed and/or don't have insurance. Contact your county's department of social services and they will get you seen by a psychiatrist.

Vitamin B may help. I have taken it. And if it doesn't help is won't hurt. Also St. John's Wart may help however I am not certain of side effects. But if you are really having problems you should see a doctor.

I don't know Depression has so many fathers I would say it would be hard to name one cure but if I can be helpful in any way please let me believe me I know the pain and the emptiness of the path , you seem to give so much , take a little bit for you OK

i have heard vitamin b helps, that sex thing sounds like a good idea. staying away from crazy family members helps me also.
