It's pretty healthy to accept that you don't have all the answers. I worry about the people who think they have (or their religion has) figured it all out and there's no need to question anything.

You're probably not ready to question why we're here and that's ok. Just keep an open mind to the answers that may come to you in the future.

I'm glad to find someone who thinks about this issue the same way I do. The way I see it, regardless of how we got here, we are here and should just try to make the best out of this life before worrying about what might be or might have been. I think it is a perspective that implies honesty and humility. I don't know if there is a God or how the universe came about, and I'm OK with that. And I simply don't understand why more people can't just be OK with it.

No, Not bad...but you should ask yourself what is the source that cannot possibly be the right thing to believe in. What is the very first thing to become something, then what was it or who was it to make that thing become into existence. Ask yourself what is it that keeps the moon, stars, sun, earth, in a harmonious rotation in which we all live by as humans. If you seek, you will find the answers, if you truly want the answer to be truthful, and you truly want an answer to your question. The Truth is out there. The one with the power will show it to you...if this one truly has the power to do so. Ask yourself, what source can show me the Truth ?

This is a now generation. Think of your eternity. Believe me, you will once you get old. Each of us spent aprox. 9 months in our mothers womb - that is preparation for this life - In psalm 90, it is said our life span is 70 years or 80 if we have the strength. So... We have 70 or 80 years of preparation for the next life, heaven. There are lots of things we can't see that we know exist. Air, gravity, odors, you can't see heaven, does that mean it doesn't exist? You can't see God, does that mean He doesn't exist. Is it bad to believe in nothing? I look at it this way - I would rather believe in Jesus (as my saviour and God) and be wrong about it, than to not believe in Jesus and be wrong for eternity. Hell is not a place you'd enjoy, being separated from God for ever and ever. Look at the universe, and our earth with all the complexity of life on it. Are you saying all this was created without any intelligent mind? Every house was build by someone, Our house(earth) was build by someone - God. There is order to all things. God is not a God of disorder. Satan is. Look at the planets, there is order there, they revolve around the sun in an orbit, a pattern. Even our own moon, during a solar eclipe, it blocks out the sun completely. Now, how'd a moon our size and distance get placed at the right setting to accomplish that - Seems to me that an Intelligent God planned it that way. I think maybe you want to be an athiest so that you will not be held accountable for any of your actions(sins). Nothing grows in the dark guy, Come to the light - accept Jesus. The righteous will live by faith, not by sight. The world over there are millions of Christians. Don't get me wrong, I'm not holier than thou, I have done my share of dirty deeds. How'd the earth and us get here? Read Genesis. Did God write the bible or men. Both. Let's say you owned a buisness and you dictated a letter to be typed to your secretary. She or He types it. Who wrote the letter? You or them? How else can a HOLY God communicate to us? Hey gotta go, hope to see you in Heaven. Only believe. Peace out. Mark.

I think that, if you really look down deep, you'll find that you believe in a great many things. I'm not talking about religion. Perhaps religion isn't for you. That's okay. Many people live moral, useful, joyful, fulfilling lives without religion. And perhaps you don't feel that evolution has anything to do with everyday life. You're not alone in that. But I don't believe anyone really believes in nothing. Do you believe in fair play? Do you believe it matters how one spends his life? Do you believe it matters how people treat one another?

Try to care, God is real, Jesus is real, and Heaven and Hell are real! Jesus loves you but no one not me or God or anyone can force you, but please try to care 'cause Jesus did die for you! I'm not sure how old you are but I go to a baptist church and I don't always like going to church with everyone but I really like going to the youth group we're all in High School and we talk about things that we're all going through, try and find one near you just check it out!

That's fine. Some people are more content with wondering what we are going to do while we are here than wondering why we are here and doing nothing in the meantime.

It's okay to not care. The day may come when you ask those questions. It's nothing to be concerned about until then.

No, it is not bad. Belief is merely mind addicted to ideas. There is no spiritual significance to attachment to ideas. Latching on to religious ideation is just another form of spiritual bondage.

Look at yourself as a cup. It is meant to carry/hold something. Someday, something will fill it. What that something is, I would care about. It would come out of me, and out to others.
