That is classic dehyration...you must drink water....make sure you have a drink a little while before you go to the gym and then afterwards and keep your salt intake regular as you sweat a lot out, so it will need replaced, just as it does in a hot climate....keep fit and well!

Dehydration causes headache. Do you get enough to drink? And not just water but something with carbohydrates in it so your body can use it quickly. Also you could try to replace some of the salt lost by sweating as well as calium and magnesium.

Your heart rate is probably increasing by quite a lot, and headaches have shown to be linked with the heart. Try taking it a bit easier for a while, maybe space your workout for a longer period of time and go a bit slower.

dehydration causes headaches but loss of salt is a factor also so drink lots of water and make sure your salt intake is sufficient. also lactic acid builds up due to vigorous work out which constricts oxygen circulation round the body so the heart has to work harder and the brain gets less oxygen.

You are dehydrated.

Drink plenty of water before, during and after the gym.... You'll save a lot of $$$ on aspirin.

Lighting could be a cause; certain types of light bulbs can cause headaches/migraines.
