I am taking Vit E, Folic acid, B-12, biotin, and a super b complex. How should I take these vitamins? Together one or 2 with each meal? All in the morning, spaced out during the day?

All vitamins should be taken with a meal. Don't overdo E. The super B will contain B-12 so you may want to space those out. Be careful with doseages!

I take all of mine right away in the morning so I don't forget. I seem to have a better effect this way.

you should take them with food to get rid of any bad tase they create, and y not get it all over with at the same time, i say at breakfast so you have energy and strength for the day that lies ahead!

I think you should take it before you go to bed, so it would be in your system for a while.Until you have to go to the facilities.
