Is Ortega Hwy (74) ( in california ) Safe to bike?

i'm reffering from antonio parkway all the way to lake elsinore. I want answers from people who have either done it in a bike or someone who uses it.

HWY ? wow .. i dont think any highway is advisable. cause there are just to many cars. Bike your ways to the mountains and enjoy the scenic views ! Cheers
