I have two parents who were divorced when I was in preschool...lol, so I have the two house (and two rooms!) thingy...it's cool...but anyway...my dad's girlfriend (I swear she's a witch) has a daughter. She just turned 24 or 25...She wakes up in the middle of the night and uses the bathroom... She spits on the top of it and doesn't flush it...she knows there is three other bathrooms to use in that house and she chooses the one my sister and I use to get ready for school to use like that...(she doesn't wash her hands either man) She is so gross to me...I hate it...When I go in there in the morning, I hold my nose and flush it...and she leaves the top open for everyone to see....I think she does it because she knows we have to use the bathroom next...if that's not why...someone tell me Why doesn't this nasty whore flush the toilet?!

Don't put "why don't you just ask her"...I DO NOT TALK TO HER OR HER IGNORANT SILLY MOTHER...So I'm not asking her anything. I want to know why she does it. & lol at the separation anxiety...

She does it to get on your nerves because if she didn't want to wake anyone, she would flush it the morning when she wakes up. What you should do thought is in the middle of the night, you go to the other 3 other bathrooms, spit, pee, and don't flush. The next morning either your dad or his gf will probably say something and you can blame her since obviously it's her trademark. That'll teach her a lesson.

I'm thinking it's because when she was growing up she was told not to flush after she urinates so to save money on the water bills. I know some people that do that. Yes it can get gross but some cannot help it. I guess old habits are hard to break. How about doing this next time you see her urine in the toilet. If it won't get you in a big fight try placing a note on the toilet seat and write "Please flush after every use". Maybe she will get the hint!

Maybe she doesn`t flush the toilet in the middle of the night because she is afraid to wake people. I know many peolpe who are regular flushers except by night *grin* Anyway, lots of people leave the toilet seat up because it`s faster to get to when you really gotta go (the toilet seat is always up in my house - weak bladder family that we are I guess)...My guess it is something she is not even aware of doing, and she probably doesn`t even realize that it bothers you, unless you say something or put a note in the bathrom abouve the toilet. Doing something nasty to her will only make things more difficult in your house. Swallow your pride and just talk to her.

Just because you don't like her doesn't make her a witch (is it safe to assume you really mean the word b*tch?)
Also, is she getting up in the middle of the night to do this? Is your bathroom the closest to her?
If so, then she might not flush because she doesn't want to wake you up in the middle of the night. AND haven't you ever gotten up in the night and had that awful taste in your mouth and you just have to rinse it out or spit. At least she is not spitting in the sink.
Does she have allergies? I have allergies that sometimes get so bad that I have to get up in the middle of the night to blow my nose or spit out a little mucus because I've been coughing my head off.
I would give her the benefit of the doubt until it's proven that she has other intentions.

Good luck! Keep on the routine. Flush everyday and thank her for that and smile at her and at her mom and tell your dad to pay you for what you do in the morning. Sounds right, huh? Try it.

She thinks that the flushing will wake up the people who are sleeping, so raise the topic with her and say flushing = good.

talk with her or the mother with you father around and see what he say able it just ask if you can have this rest room and let her have the other or try put your personal touch in the room and see how that go over.

To prevent her using this bathroom, put a lock on it. That way she will be forced to use the other ones.

Smear something nasty on the seat, like itching powder or mayonaise. That way everytime she uses your bathroom, something happens to her she doesn't like. That way maybe she will start using a different bathroom.

Why ask us? Talk to him. Let him know you're being made to feel uncomfortable in his home.

If he doesn't care - then maybe you can talk to Mom about gettting his visitation rights removed.
