clindamycin phosphate topical lotion 1% has anyone tried this?
does it really help to get rid of acne?

It works for me. I don't have severe acne, but when acne appears I apply it and small pimples are gone the next day, larger ones in a few days.

I have been using it on my teenager son and works FANTASTIC. I have never had any issues with acne but my boy unfortunately has acne and he doesn't really care about it but j do care and this lotion along with Benzoyl Peroxide 10% in a day or two, leaves his forehead super nicely clean and smooth. Highly recommended it!

I havent used this product before but if your doctor prescribed it it must be right for your type of skin etc. Have you tried clear and clense? I've used it for about 8 years and it works wonder, I rarely get spots, apart from sometimes during the time of the month.

No it must be new. It is probably good though.
