i think so i mean i live in texas but if i work at all in New Mexico i hafta pay New Mexico State income taxes yet not live in the state so the same should apply to a "guest worker" program, but in the same respect if they are paying the taxes they should also have the same abilities as far as the government is concerned. Taxation without representation is what got this country into war with england at the birth of our country

God, I hate to even think of a guest worker plan....
I was in Taget today, there was a mexican woman (non-english speaking) she has 6 children appeared no more than a year apart...she paid with food stamps (steaks, chops, prepared food) part was not covered by food stamps- she argued about 5 minutes it wasn't fair she couldn't use her food stamps, but the clerk followed the rules so when the lady finally pulled out money to pay she had no less than 15 or 20 - 100 dollar bills.......a good example of our tax dollars at work!

12 million illegal invaders are now eligible for the same Social Security Benefits that are given to all citizens. 5 Million people over age 65 did not meet the deadline for applying for section "D" the alleged improvement. They were confused, as anyone would be over the Mumbo Jumbo regarding the section.
The result is the Government flatly refuses to extend any deadlines, thus denying them those benefits. Screw the old and allow those who broke our law, full Social Security Benefits. Pay for teachers to take ESL Classes, Allow them to procreate, to demonstrate and live off of our money.
You better believe they must be forced to pay Social Security taxes as well as all the others we pay. Maybe when they have done that for a while, the U.S.A. will not look so good to them anymore.

Of Course. Upon implementing such program, participants should receive a Social Security number and this number given to their employers so that taxes can be deducted from their paychecks asap.
