If you really did:
1. You need to get rid of it for medical reasons. Ur not supposed to sleep with your relatives. High chance of birth defects.
2. Stop sleeping with your relatives.

OK here is the deal. While most people jump on the "redneck, incest train" i will take a different route. First the chances of birth defects are very slim if there is no prior history of incest with in the family. Also it makes a big difference if you are cousins by blood or my marriage. Cousins by marriage and you obviously have nothing to worry about as far as defects go. with that out of the way the real question to ask is if the two of you want a baby? there are some legalities if marriage is coming up in the picture but that is a state by state thing. Most of these people don't realize that there is a huge difference between a first cousin and a 5th cousin. i really think barring any incest in the past or a very close cousin this is just like any other unplanned child.
