I ordered a t-shirt from the states, the parcel left by JFK on the 12th Oct. I have not received it yet. The company i ordered it from said it is proberly delayed in UK customs. Does anyone know how i can trace it, just to make sure it is definatly on it's way to me...

It should have some kind of tracking number...do you have one?? Contact the seller and get details if not..if so contact Royal Mail Tracking service ( you can do it online) and they should be able to find out what stage of delivery it is at.

well you could call the customs in your city but im from canada and my boss order lots of stuff from china is natal country and she receive only some of it cause it is stuck at the custom in vancouver we have a phone number but nothing else and no one answer we call maybe 50 times in a week
annyhow Governement say that they have the right to keep it and dont even have to tell you hope you gets your stuff

Ask them for the tracking number on the parcel and what postal service they use and you should be able to trace it after that.

If its only been 2-3 weeks I wouldn't worry yet. Most places say 6 - 8 weeks for shipping. Espcially considering it is going international.

call customs, it maybe held back because you have to pay some import tax on it
