It's that stuff the you take when you think you are getting a cold. Does it work? Do you recommend using it?

I highly recommend Zicam. I have used it daily for the past four years and have not had a cold in all that time. I've given it to friends that have colds and they are amazed at how quickly they feel better.

It can work very well if used as indicated. Assuming that what you are getting is the common cold or rhinovirus and not something else, using zicam within the first 24 hours of the onset of cold symptoms can reduce the severity and duration of the common cold. I have used the nasal gel swabs and I normally get over a cold within 3-5 days rather that the 7-10 days that the average cold lasts. It is kind of expensive, but I think it's worth it.
