I wear a size ten and I want to be a size 5. Can I loose that much in a little more than a month? How can I do it? What are some exercises I can do for my lovehandles?!

You seriously cant do it in a month, besides lossing weight quickly is concidered very unhealthy. Try swimming 30-45 minutes each day and adjusting your diet to 1500 cals a day eating 6 times a day.
You'll lose alot of weight this way.

Cut down on your portions and eat more small meals throughout the day. Exercise at least 20 minutes a day 3 times a week. Other than that you just need to give it time. It can take a couple of weeks before you start to notice a weight loss. Keep in mind - that from the exercise you're toning up and developing muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but is compact. So you may actually gain weight but trim down if that makes any sense. Don't give up - lots of luck!!!

Loosing the weight is not the real issue, you should start a healthy lifestyle. Join Weight Watchers.

you can but its not healthy and most likely not permanent...fast weight loss? hmm...i'd recommend a detox diet...thats when you bascally dump processed foods..fats and anything not in its natural forms...basically u hv to stick to fruits. vegetables. boiled eggs. and very basic foods....also....some tips... try eating in dessert plates to fool your appetite into thinking ur eating alot....eat 5 small meals instead of 3 big ones...DONT starve urself...it'll backfire....go jogging every day if possible and take aerobics classes or dvds and do them 3 times a week....dont check ur weight or measurements everyday or else ull get depressed as u will not notice changes...try once a week....o and here's a tip that really helped me....everynight before you sleep... tuck ur tummy in as much as u can (contract ur abs) then let go and do it again and again till u've done it 10 times minimum....it gives u a flat tummy when ur close to ur goal weight...also if u do dancing.....that really tones u up...especially that high-impact latin dances or hip hop...o...to curb your cravings and hunger....clear out all 'tempting food' from ur fridge and if u eat a boiled egg..it tends to throw off ur hunger....good luck!!! p.s. i cant guarantee u will lose all the wieght u want...u might but u will definitly lose most....drink alot of water too....

A size 10 is fine! if you do lose that much weight in a month then that will seriously harm your health!!
