start by soaking it in cold water (hot or warm cooks the egg on the pan more) and just whip around and put it in the sink soon as your done cooking and it cooled a bit

I'm 7 months pregnant, and I have eggs for breakfast about 4 days a week. The best way that I've found to wash the pan, is to wash it right after I eat the eggs. The quicker you clean it, the easier it is. If you can clean it right after taking the eggs out of the pan, then more power to you. But like I said, I'm 7 months pregnant and can't wait to eat! And to do the actual cleaning, I just use a scrubbing sponge with dish soap on it, and warm water. Good luck!!!

The teflon is all scratched off my pans so the eggs really stick. I alwasy put enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, put it on the stove over until it boils. Turn it off and remove from the burner. By the time I've finished cleaning and am ready to wash the pots and pans, it comes right clean with a quick wipe.
I do this anytime something is stuck to the pans and won't clean off easy.

Depend on the type of pan. First, you should always use margarine or non stick spray or a teflon coated pan. This will reduce clean up. All pans except for cast iron can be cleaned with soap and water. Cast iron with just water and then the pan needs to be seasoned.

use a good pan! Use cooking spray like Pan or Pam or Mazola No-stick on non-teflon pans!
after eggs are cooked.. sprinkle alittle baking soda on the pan and wipe with clean damp cloth. If you wish use a few drops of cooking oil! Note if you pretreat your pans with salt things won't stick as much! And your pans therefore will be easier to clean.. simply put salt in pan with a wee drop cooking oil.. heat
to warm. Take off element then briskly wipe
pan with J-cloth then let sit upright on warm element. This treatment is for skillets and other regular pans. Don't ever do it to Teflon items cause salt treatment might take off the Teflon! Never use cooking oil spray on Teflon pans either!

If you have a non-stick pan, you should just be able to take a paper towel and wipe it clean. But if you don't and it is really stuck on there, I put really hot water in the pan and let it sit for a little bit. When I do the dishes I would let it sit until I get done and then clean it last. It should be easy to clean by then. If not then, like another person said, put water in it and let it boil.

It somewhat sounds such as you're cooking to foodstuff at too severe a temperature. you're truly searing the outdoors precise now on the beef and the warmth can no longer get by way of to the interior previously the outdoors burns. you may attempt reducing the temperature or searing the outdoors on a severe temperature and ending it off interior the oven. (make certain you merely try this in an oven secure pan!!) or you are able to sear the two sides and then decrease the temperature on your range and positioned a lid over the pan to end the interior off. With the eggs, enable the pan get warm first, then upload the oil. Then at latest upload your eggs.

try adding a little milk when you scramble your eggs while cooking on medium low take your eggs off the heat right before all the liquid drys eggs will continue to cook and keep stirring and don't forget to add some type of grease to the pan or cooking spray. eggs will be light and fluffy. key is taking them off while they are slightly under cooked

If it is a really good egg pan, then just wipe with a paper towel and then apply a small amount of oil to a cloth and wipe it with that and let it set.. Water is not good on the good ones..
