I wonder what he thinks of us and how we have impacted his finest creation (Earth). Do you think he is pleased at the way humanity has shaped up? Do you think GOD is happy with our progress in life? Have we been too slow with technology?

No, I don't think God is pleased at all of us. Every day he get's to watch humanity fight for money and resources. Everday he get's to see a child strave, or a woman raped. Every day he gets to to see armies fighting and killing in his name. Everyday he watches the rich get rich at the expense of everyone else.

No, he's not proud of us, nor is he happy either. We all better be glad that he sent Christ here as a buffer between him and us or else I think he would eventually just throw up his spiritual hands and say "Enough is enough!" and wipe humanity of the planet.

First He is seriously not happy at the moment. It can be proven by many disaters and wars around that we are cursed. Since only very few call on Him correctly and most people have been calling HIM names that is not His, He may not even bother to count the many progresses we have done. Our technology may just be right but it could have been much faster had we really all lived according to his teachings as far as being righteousness is concern. I am not suggesting we should go back to the Old Traditions because that definitely is not harnessing the gifts and resources He gave the earth but had we not been greedy for wealth, power and wordly pleasures and had we been peaceful with one another maybe we will make Him happy. He does not need to watch, He is within each one of us. Your observation can be good or worse as mine and so does HE.

It is difficult to have universal answers to questions concerning God. It is a matter of faith which is unique for each individual. Having said that, It is certainly a matter of great regret that, God' s greatest creative engineering miracle, man, despite deep learning in ethics, philosophy, religion, engineering & technology has caused untold damage to ecology and can never answer the devastation caused, to the coming generations. God can never be happy with such a state of affairs. It is time the humanity as a whole pulls itself up and corrects the situation. The recent finding on global warming can wipe off nearly 7 trillion$[1/7 of world gdp] of the world gdp unless urgent remedial actions{reduce green house gases such as co2} are taken. Many countries will be submerged and entire pattern of weather we are used to will be changed for the worse. Let us hope God will give us good sense to act wisely.

Yes, God is watching us all all of the time. He tells us He knows even our thoughts. He knows it all, even the number of hairs on our heads. I am sure God is very unhappy . He gave us life, and look what we have done with it. We for the most part, have turned our backs on Him and all the guidelines He gave us. You are correct, He doesnt like how we have taken care of the earth, or each other. We tend to show no value in anything, just our own selfish desires. Those arent of God. God created us to love and give love and to teach of His great love, and plan of salvation, and the Heaven Hes promised where there will be only perfection. no disease. no more tears.
Have we been too slow with technology? Depends on how you look at it. Some technology is great, life saving stuff. Some technology is not good, leads to bad things, like clowning. just one example in each case.
But, it isnt about technology or any of that. Its about us choosin to follow Him or not, and for the most part, few will , in comparion to those who turn their backs on God.
If we dont become a nation that gets back with God, He will not bless us, and is already removing some more of His protection, to show us what happens when we listen to evil, and leave His care. He tells us in scirpture it is going to get much worse just before Jesus comes. Look around you. Its hell on earth right now. Every perversion imaginable is glorified. parents afraid to sdend their kids to school for fear of violence or being molested, raped, etc. People need security to escrot them to and front their jobs from the parking lots. This is not what God designed, but it is the devils design. Yet so many still follow his ways of selfish desires, lusts, and violence, and so much perversion. Its suddenly ok to take the life of unborn children and say they arent babies. really, they are alive, its not a live frog. its a live baby that just hasnt been born yet, but give them the right to live and they will. Now, its ok to be homosexual, its all ok. Really? Read the homosexual agenda and see what their plans really are. to make the whole world gay and be able to sleep with even our babies, and claim it was the babies choice. Ever hear of men/boy love organization. this is what happens when people abandon God. are all gays like that ? NO. But, this is their leadership and they have designed how it will end. Stand up america. God is watching. time to make a choice, make the right one or choose hell. there is no in betrween. I will be praying.

If God is Omni-Everything, then He is not limited by time. He was pleased from the beginning with those who recognized Him. He was pleased with His creation, before it was, because He WAS. Technology, is something that might be what hinders the spirit. No more having to hope. Just hit a key and enter.

Look at Revelation 11 v 18 (particulaly the last part where God promises to bring to ruin those ruining the Earth.) Ask one of Jehovah's Witnesses and see what you think of their answer.

God is behind us all the time. it is our ignorance and busy life keep us out. Technology- as it is- is not a progress. We don't succeeded with spiritual technology as much as with technocratic one. We can kill easy but save -another story. And you named that technology?? It is very good technology for digging some extra money for "chosen" ones and quite a miserable life for rest of us

God is always watching us. And I don't think He is happy with how we are messing up this beautiful world He gave us. I believe He is pleased to see all the good in people, He doesn't expect us to be perfect, But I believe He is happy when He sees us trying our best.

If he/she WAS watching and is honestly the most powerful being there ever was, don't you think he/she would stop all innocent people getting hurt or harmed in anyway possible?

I know that we have "been given" the choice of what happens in our lives and all that but does HE/SHE honestly sit back and watch all this destruction and do nothing about it?
