I just read a story on the Net. about a town who tried to do somethingabout stoping the illegals in their town but a Federal Judge stoped them. They wanted to fine landlords who rented to illegals but the judge said NO.They wanted to withhold business permits from businesses that hired illegals but again the judge said NO.The only thing I agree with is the part of the law said every one had to get a renters permit to rent & the judge ruled ( right this time ) NO. The judge said it created " irreparable harm " to Hispanics who had Children in school. What about all the people who are hard working, honest(people who came here legal) citizens who are paying for this,Dont they have a say if they dont want illegals living in their town Dont they have rights too?

The people who fought for the illegals were ACLU, the bussiness accos(I wondre why)& the Renters Accos. The Judge ruled it created a hard ship to have the illegals move.

This took place in Hazelton Pa. My point is how can some unelected judge tell my town how we look after our citizens

The judge who handed down the ruling in favor of the illegals is a FERERAL judge. I thought they were to enforce the laws not write them.

The ACLU claims that this is a violation of illegals constitutional rights. Interesting, because I thought the constitution was supposed to protect LEGAL citizens.
We're changing all of the laws to support the people who so blatently defy them and that's not fair.

Well the town can appeal to the State court and probably override the federal ruling.

Mysterian...:: they think they are the judicial branch which is to make sure the other 2 branches don't go crazy and start passing all types of laws breaking the constitution. So the judge is doing his/her job but the main problem is that the executive and legislative branches have polticized the judical branch which was supposed to be seperate, equal and above politics.
Maybe if we stop polorizing the political landscape things won't be so f'd up.

Not only do illegals come in to try and make a living, but they all think they are damn Tony Montana. They come in to our little towns and neighborhoods and crime rates sky rocket, population increases b/c they pop a kid out every 9 months, You cant go anywhere without learning how to speak spanish. You feel out of place at even a simple place like Mcdonalds b/c they talk spanish to each other while you are ordering.

No offense to the hard working legal hispanics that have come to the US to make an honest living and live the American dream. But if you come here to cause violence and harm and force the people to change their lifestyles, please go back.

This judge is an obvious idiot, hello judge....but they are ILLEGAL.

The United States should put into law that children born in the United States from ILLEGALS will not be considered American, therfore forcing all to go back to their foreign homes.

This is why some judges have to be voted out also, get his name and remember when he is up for reelection vote him out if possible. They are not thinking about the American citizens, only the illegals, it's like our laws do not exist, and we have no rights to protect our country.

Easy, Judges today think they are the Executive and Judicial branches of government. They disregard the ones who make laws and put them into effect, rendering them 'unconstitutional'.

Thats unfortunate for them, but the laws need to be enforced everywhere, not just in that little town.

Illegals will always win. Get over it. The government and busineses love us more than they love their own citizens.
