2 days- it was the worst. I was throwing up like every hour or so for the first 24 hours and had a killer headache and left like I couldn't get out of bed. It was like the flu. Who knows, maybe it was borderline alcohol poisening! I don't remember what I drank but I usually drink Grey Goose Vodka martinis or w/ cran juice and at the time I used to drink a lot of hypnotik too, so I am not sure but I know it also involved shots at the bar.... It depends on your body and how hydrated and healthy you were before drinking and how much you drank. Take tylenol and take a nap and eat something. And just wait. Sorry buddy. I suggest Life water or gatorade or something like that with electrolytes and stuff- regular water will just make you sicker to your stomach.

I have been hungover until I went to bed the next night. The day of drinking (Saturday) I drank 9 16 ounce Coors Lights and a whole liter of Bacardi Raspberry rum. Plus some red wine, I think. I passed out at 8:00 p.m., woke up at 12 the next day still drunk off my ***. Didn't start coming down until around 4, and then the hangover hit. I went to bed that night (sunday) still hung over. That was a record for me, and I will never ever drink that much again.

I think it depends on your age. It takes me 2 days to fully recover from a hang over now. When I was in my twenties maybe a half a day depending on how much and what I drank the night before. Now, If I drink more than 4 drinks, I can almost guarantee I will have a hang over the next day. When I was in college. I could drink all night, sleep for a couple hours and get over my hang over in just a few hours. Boy, those were the days. Getting old S*cks!!!!

I think I've been hungover for over 24 hours. It really depends on how old you are. I used to NEVER get a hangover. Then if I did have one, it would be gone pretty quickly. Now I pay for it for a day and 1/2. It is horrible. That's why I rarely drink any more. good luck, it will only get worse from here!

What did you drink?
I know now that my body will NOT take in whiskey so when I drink it, the hang over effect can last 24 hours.
Otherwise, without whiskey in my system, I typically do not have hangovers no mater how much I drank the day before.

I drank shots of tequila, beer, long island iced teas, blue motorcycles, jim beam, jack daniels, and bacardi silver.
I drank all of those in a 5 hour period, and large quanities too.
Mine lasted til 2 days later, but it just depends on how your body feels. I've drank less and had the same kind of hangover.
Hope you feel better! :)

First off, a hangover is the effects of your body being severely dehydrated. That will definitely give you a head ache because it takes the fluids from your brain. best thing to do is drink a lot of water befor, during, and after drinking alchohol.

2 days! Seriously 48 hours. It was like having the flu. Everytime I drank some water, all of the effects would come rushing back.
