Chances are something is going on. If he hides his phone and erases his calls he doesn't want you to know something. If your goal is to first find out the truth then pay attention to the details. Men aren't very good liars they will give themselves up in some manner.
For example they tend to lie "in color" as I like to say. They will give you details you don't need, didn't ask for or are not relevant to the conversation. I found out my boyfriend was cheating on me by looking at his phone, phone bill and whatever else I could get my hands on. Not that I condone my own behavior but I was asking for honesty and being lied to almost daily.
We are trying to work things out, so I am not saying all is lost but you have to decide what your tolerence is and how much you are willing to bend for this guy. He is going to have to come clean if you are going to work it out. If he truly wants you in his life he won't be mad that you found out or how you found out he will work through it with you.
We deserve men who will not lie to us and treat us with respect. You two live together so if he is not committed to you now then you need to consider moving on as difficult as that may be.
Good Luck and remember this too shall pass.

Leave him for a little while. Give him some time alone to think. If he thinks he's not going to get caught, and he'll get to be with her and you at the same time, what's stopping him? If you leave him, maybe he'll miss you and see that he's making a huge mistake. Don't back down, if you think he's cheating on you, you're probably right. Unless you're the insanely jealous type... Either way, if you feel this way, he's giving you a reason to.

I think he probably is it is easy to swear on and grave and not regret it. be careful and try to sit him down and get to the truth and if he is not willing to sit then tell him then you have to leave him. Sometimes things have to be put on the line for the better part of life and if he is or if he does not sit down with you your better with out him and find someone who does love you for you.

all I can say is you are not married so if you feel he is cheating it is easier to drop him like a bad habit. From what you have said it sounds suspicious. What would you think he would do if it were turned around?
