get a kennel and crate train her this will help alot. Dogs normally won't go were they sleep and a kennel is a great place to start. If she has accidents just clean them up and remember to take her out as soon as you get home cause she will have to go. Only water in the crate no food for a 14 hour day.

Beig as you're working 14 hrs.,it will be very difficult to train your pet,but you might try getting a large box that it can't get out of,line it with newspaper, and the pet really needs to taken out about every two to three hours, let it potty and bring it directly back in,don't allow it to play outside after it does its' job.It will soon learn that is why you're putting it out if you don't let it play afterwards.I would suggest putting it in a crate, but it would have more space in a large pasteboard box and if it did potty in box,the extra space will keep it from tracking in its' own feces.Be sure to put food and water in box with it,in case it gets hungry,as all pups love to nibble.

Crate them, that's the only way I got my small dog trained. You may want to come home on lunch or something to let them out

when i'm gone for extended periods of time, i leave my puppy in a gated area of my apartment (the kitchen) with his crate open and a puppy pad. He usually has no problems laying around in his crate and then going to the puppy pad when he has to go! it's really helped alot... puppy pads +crate training...
