Bell's Palsy is temp. paralysis in the face. it can be due to a facial nerve in the 7th cranial view. your doctor suggests a neurologist to see if anything is damages. tests may be an MRI or a CT scan

Bell's Palsy affects the nerves in the face, usually one side or the other. I assume that a neurologist would try some therapy or other.

neurologists specialize in the nerves, bells palsy is a problem with facial nerves, hence a neurologist. The also handle back problems caused by pinched nerves, and epilepsy a problem with the main nerve, the brain

I don't know if a neurologist can help - but "marie" said that Bell's palsy is temporary. Usually it is, but my sister has had it for over 50 years now - so it's not always temporary.

bell palsy is the inflammation of the facial nerve .
i can telll you becoz the nerve supply to face is affected tempervorly . you will better after medication it is 100 % treatable .
neruoligcal doctors deal with nerves and problems caused becos of nerves
