Get this stuff at the health food store called Quercetin. It is a sinus soother and a bioflavanoid. It is better for you than anything OTC. Trust me, I used to be allergic to everything and was on 11 different pills. Cut them all cold turkey and started taking Quercetin on the advice of a physician. Now I am healthy :)

I have allergies and no insurance, so I've tried several OTC meds. My favorite for daytime use is chlorpheniramine (I always use generics). I have no side-effects from this drug. It is shorter lasting however, 4-6 hours.

For night-time use, try diphenhydramine (Benedryl). It works great for me, but knocks me out, so I only use it at night. (This is actually the "PM" ingredient in Tylenol PM!).

Some people swear by loratadine (Claritin). It is longer-lasting and has fewer side-effects. It doesn't work well for me, but everyone is different.

If sinuses are also an issue, try pseudoephedrine (Sudafed) or phenylephrine (Sudafed PE). Pseudoephedrine is harder to come by nowadays because of the concern of people using it to make meth. Phenylephrine is becoming a popular replacement.

incredibly, i did no longer see something incorrect with your nostril, it fits your face in basic terms fantastic. in basic terms know that nostril jobs can exchange a persons' face dramatically now and lower back. And if something, the only reason you will possibly think of you have a greater nostril than popular is as a results of the fact it basically seems that way because of the fact your chin is somewhat small. yet do no longer upload that as yet another difficulty.
