Gas in the left arm or chest? pain in the left arm. This is confusing. I'm guessing your saying you have pain in your left arm and gas or something that's making it feel like gas in your chest/ like bubbles or bloating? I do believe you'd better see a doctor fast or go to the ER, have someone drive you there, it'd be better. They'll want to know your history of heart disease.
Try and remember what you've done lately to bring this on, how many times, etc. What you've been eating lately, etc. You may be have angina or consider a heart problem, it could be serious. Take care and good luck.

Yes i have .When I have gas it hurts my stomach,chest ,arm..............Its is normal.I usually try GasX
