Do you mean a air cleaner? They are usually right under there hood. there is a place under your hood where your vacuum hose is and there is a lid on the top. Better yet, do you know anything about cars?

Koji asked a simple question, thinking that an informative answer would be provided, and you idiots are making Koji feel bad, and the worst part is that most of you know nothing. Koji, the air cleaner on a Neon is located between the engine and the firewall. There is a plastic duct that leads from in front of the engine to the air cleaner. There are clips that hold this duct to the air cleaner. Follow this duct, and that's where you'll find the air cleaner.

When you open the hood, it is right by your right hand. It is a black plastic box that is in front of the battery. I would have to agree that under the circumstances, I would leave any maintenance to someone else. No intent to offend anyone!

its in a big black box with 2 to 4 clips....with a flex hose coming out of the back....its in the front either on the left or right side.

not to be an a$$hole, but if you cannot find the air cleaner on your car, you DO NOT need to be under the hood of your car....
