I like chicken, turkey breast (grilled or steamed ) with lots of garlic, onions and green pepper) i dont use salt instead i used mr, dash., i cook lots of veggies and greens

What you have to do is be determined to make it! What has helped me is drinking loads of water, avoid fast-food, pizza, fizzy drinks, sugar and try to eat not less but more healthily. Instead of frying something for dinner, you can grill it and have veg on the side instead of chips. Fresh salads, eggs, pasta and rice in small amounts are great. Start with at least some healthy options and when you start feeling the difference you'll stick to it I'm sure!

If you are looking for a diet that really works try this the results are quick and permanent if you dont binge.
Breakfast- 1 cup raisen brand with 1/2 cup milk or 2 Special K Cereal bars
Lunch- Salad with balsamic vinegar only and 1/2 a turkey sandwich on 1 piece of low calorie bread, and only 1 slice of turkey lunch meat
Dinner- Any1 small sized lean cuisine with a salad.
You can only drink water and diet lipton citrus green tea. Dont eat after 7. and give yourself one day on the weekend to eat something you enjoy.
