I believe that a virgin testing kit is now available:

actually... the desire is a lot more primal than that... it is instictual for males of a species to try and ensure that their dna is passed down through their young... by marrying a virgin, a male is ensured that only his dna is passed along... it staves off competition from other dna donors to the gene pool...

don't you think that's being a bit sexest. Not all men marry virgins...infact a small minority i'd reckon marry virgins non intentionally...just for the sole reason as any couple would marry...
