Give him time. It's hard to get over someone cheating on you.

Just be there! It isn't fair that when a "good thing" finally comes along, he's a little hesitant to give it his all. It will only take time before he realizes that he can trust you with something as important as his heart. Don't get discouraged though...I've been with my boyfriend for a year and a half and he had the same problem, but time and reassurance does wonders ;)

There is not a thing that you can do. Same as when a woman is cheated on she'll usually be suspicious of all men she dates. I love my husband to death he is my heart and soul, my best friend. But I am insecure and in the back of my mind have a fear that he'll cheat on me although he will and has even told his friends/co workers and family he would never do anything to hurt our relationship.

Well Jordan, you have nothing to prove so....live your life, carry yourself with dignity of course but, do it your way and let him take it or leave it.
Unless you want to change your life style for someone else and start to live like they want you to, keep going the way you are. Remember down the line, he's sounds controlling, like he'd make your wear what he likes, dress the way he wants you to is what I'm saying and jump when he snaps his fingers.
If I were you I'd get out of this relationship right now before it got serious. Hope this helps before it's to late.

In time he will eventually trust him. Open yourself up to him and show that you trust him. Let him know that he can trust you. He is emotionally scarred right now and you need to help him get over this. You are not her and nothing like her and eventually he will come around and see this.
