It's a complete mongrel of a sentence, but what is says is the password will be released at the end release. I think the second "release" is to make clear the meaning of the first one, which was in Italian.

This is not spanish but I speak spanish, portuguese, french, latin, italian, and german and based on what I know of basis of language this looks like it should say:

The password will be revealed/realized at the end

This NOT SPANISH!!!!!!!!! It is some creole of some sort mixing english,italian and bad english!
