i want to download the book "Three Little Ladies", i don't know the author.

Well since you don't provide a list of "every book you want", that's a pretty broad request.
There is a project (Gutenberg) that's taking all the freely available books (passed their copyright dates) and digitizing them (http://www.gutenberg.org/wiki/Main_Page). There are 19,000 free books available there.
If you hit Usenet, you should be able to find lots of the books there too. You'll have to search them out though.
I can't guarentee safe since you don't list what books you want.
