a hot girl may look good... but so does a painting. if she's not very interesting then that leaves very few options on what to do when you're with her (wink, wink, nudge, nudge, say no more!)
while if a girl is easy to talk to and have fun with will always keep you entertained. there is never a dull moment because if you're not talking about something interesting, then you are out enjoying a mini adventure.
and the old addage that personality can make a person more beautiful or more ugly is very much a reality. so while she may be a cool girl... she could become in your eyes a sexy cute cool girl.

The not interesting hot girl, I don't want her for anything except looking at. I wouldn't even want to sleep with her because I'm not attracted to people with zero personality.
The cool girl that's easy to talk to and have fun with, I would enjoy hanging out with. But honestly, if she weren't physically attractive, that's all I'd want to do.

Your question really depends on the maturity level of the guy.
In the end when they are ready to settle down for marriage, they would like a woman that loves them, one they can talk to and have fun with.
Looks will only get you so far in life... then you have to open your mouth and say hello.

My hubby goes for number 1, always... He also says very plastic fake pretty girls are usually trouble in disguise, empty and void of content, etc... He doesn't trust "beauty" on a social level, but rather digs deeper than most to find the truth hidden inside...

I want someone I can talk too as well as have fun with, either while relaxing at home or at the club. Looks are important, but not the main determining factor.

It depends upon the guy...personally I want someone I can connect with who is easy to talk to and easy to have fun with. Sure I want to look at her and think she is pretty but there has to be more in order for me to want to really spend time with her.
