Several things could come to mind. But what does she really want? Has she been hinting that she wants to take the relationship another notch up? If so maybe it's time you pop the question and why not get her an engagement ring? Or you could get her some jewelry with both of your birth stones in it. Some thing that says " I love you baby". I also like the idea of a quiet dinner at home with her. Whatever you do make sure it's from your heart.

If you know her favorite store, a gift certificate and shopping trip WITH you would be nice.
If she has any special interests, say she likes to draw, getting her a new drawing pad and pencils would be sincere and something directly for her.
Never give someone something that would cause them work or something that someone else will use as well (vacuums and kitchen appliances come to mind here)...
Good Luck and Happy Anniversary

A nice home cooked meal from you, jewelry is always a good bet, especially if it's an engagement ring.

good question.
do some of her chores for her while she soaks in a warm tub with candles lit, soft music playing and some chocolates within reach.... and when she is done with the bath, rub her down with lotion, lay her down and slowly, lightly lick her all over her body, make her shiver and squirm, wanting more from your long, wet tongue, slowly teasing her down there in paradise... make her wet. In the end you get something out of it, obviously, but treat her like a princess and make love to her

Jewelry is ok. There are some 2 piece rings on the market, she can wear it as one, or each part itself

Darling, if you two have been together for two years, it is high time you either propose or let her go so she can find someone else who isn't so scared. Give her the diamond! Go on now. Don't stand there, get moving!

DO SOMETHING ROMANTIC LIKE A DINNER OUT AND FLOWERS FOLLOWED BY A NICE PIECE OF JEWELRY AND A HEARTFELT LETTER TELLING HER HOW YOU FEEL ABOUT HER AND HOW MUCH SHE MEANS TO YOU.
