The best times to eat carbs are when you're most active or right after exercising. That way your body uses the nutrients instead of storing them.

Hi Well what I seem to remember real easily is the Fraze" No White At Night" pertaining to the white bread or anything else white.So I would say during the day is OK.Good Luck

i would think either at breakfast or lunch but also make sure the bread you are eating is whole grain or whole wheat and doesn't have any sugar in it. its amazing how much sugar goes into a lot of our products now days.

first thing in the morning, your metabolism is the fastest, also if you go for a run in the morning then youll burn more calories than in the evening because your metabolism is the fastest!
