silica supplements you should get those it has done wonders on my hair along with regular multivitamins. Also you should drink lots of water to add moisture to your hair and scalp. Get weekly hot oil treatments. Also protein treatments once a month are great i use duo tex you can get that from any beauty supply store. And moisturizing deep conditioning treatments once a month i use aveda's damage remedy product line for that.
