There are many reasons why you may have started losing your hair. It is common to lose 80-100 hairs daily, however if you are losing more than this, look at your stress level--is it high. I would absolutely make an appointment to see your doctor as hair loss can be a sign of many different illness'. It is a very common side effect of Thyroid problems. These are both treatable, but please see your doctor.

i think alot of it is stress based, combined with family history
