I was in a couple wrecks in one year at work. The first one I went over a pothole that did $2400 in damage to the underside of a car. I received a letter of reprimand. The lastest one was 7 months later, I hit a concrete pole that was there to protect a gate code box, I just didn't see it. I killed the pole and put a dent in my front fender and bent the front bumper. I am gonna estimate this damage at about $800 to fix the pole and the truck. What should my punishment be?

Gosh, let me see if I understand this. You are getting paid by the hour, and you're driving fast and having wrecks? Wow! What is wrong with this picture?
