* Always offer to bait your date's hook, especially on the first date.
* Be aggressive. Let her know you're interested: "I've been wanting to go out with you since I read that stuff on the bathroom wall two years ago."
* Establish with her parents what time she is expected back. Some will say 10:00 PM; Others might say "Monday." If the latter is the answer, it is the man's responsibility to get
her to school on time.

Not at all dude! Here in Vegas our "tipping patterns" are different from yours. All races have good tippers and bad tippers so I cannot categorize a whole race to being good or bad tippers. Generally though, all races tip from fair to excellent. I'd say there are 20% of people who tip horrible (including all races)- some white, others black, or even yellow, brown, red, purple, pink, green, and any other color. But which group out of the 20% would outweigh all the other groups from bad tipping? Seems like that would have to be black people. Why you may ask? I have no idea. For any people who might take this info the wrong way... This is not a racist related answer. This is a tipping related answer. I am only being real.
